AIBAAll India Bankers Association
Built by bankers, for bankers

A union by the bankers,
for the bankers.

The All India Bankers Association (AIBA) is being built by the Bankpediaa community — a collective voice for India's banking professionals. We're inviting serious bankers to register as Founding Members today.

Submit your details once — no repeat paperwork, ever.

What being a Founding Member means

Phase 1 is deliberately simple: register cleanly, once. Fee collection is being prepared and is not switched on yet.

Register once

Fill in your details and upload your ID proof or salary slip a single time. We store it securely — you'll never be asked to resubmit.

Your data stays safe

Your documents are stored securely and used only to verify your AIBA membership. Nothing is shared or sold.

A serious collective

This registration is a firewall — it ensures AIBA is built by genuinely committed bankers, not casual sign-ups.

How it works

Three quick steps — the whole thing takes a couple of minutes.

Step 1

Fill your details

Name, bank, branch, PF/employee number and contact — the basics needed to verify you as a banker.

Step 2

Upload your proof

A colour copy of your ID card or your latest salary slip with the bank/branch seal. Image or PDF, up to 5MB.

Step 3

Get your Member ID

You receive a unique AIBA Reference ID by email. That's it — no further documents will be required from you.

An honest note. AIBA is not currently a registered trade union under the Trade Unions Act, 1926. Registration is a long-term goal we'll pursue once the community and legal foundation are strong enough. We'll never overclaim what AIBA is today.
